The Client (You)You must behave in an appropriate manner whilst ordering the commission.You retain all rights to the Intellectual Property of the art piece IF the character I’m drawing in question is your personal or original character. This includes, but is not limited to, character designs and environment designs.You may NOT reproduce, resell prints (digital or otherwise), sell merchandise off of, or repost my artwork without explicit permission AND credit. - SPEEDPAINT: +80%Work in progress shots are 100% free and I can send as many as you request.However, if you want me to make a change to the finished drawing, a fee of up to 50% of the original price will be charged depending on what you want me to edit. Very minor edits such as changing the background colour or making it transparent are free, though.If there was a mistake or miscommunication made on my end, changes to the finished drawing are %100 free.Process is as follows:
- You request the commission and discuss with me any questions or inquiries you may have.
- You provide at least 50% of payment for the commission.
- I confirm payment.
- I begin to work on the commission. During this time frame, you may request as many work in progress shots as you like, and request me to make any changes required.
- I finish the commission, and the client pays the other %50 should it be necessary.

- NSFWAnything not on this list, I probably won’t be able to draw. Stuff like settings and environments will be discussed depending on how complicated they are.Overly complicated and specific designs do have an extra price, up to 75% more. I'll contact you about it if this applies to you, but most likely not. If it's too detailed, it will be simplified or refunded. You will be made aware of this.However;I will NOT draw hateful, problematic, or otherwise harmful artwork. Including, but NOT limited to;
- Drawings that intend to mock, express hatred towards, stereotype, or harass a group, culture, or ethnicity.
- Drawings that express hatred to or are intended to harass a certain individual, celebrity or otherwise.
- Sexually explicit drawings of a certain individual without explicit permission directly from them. This includes celebrities of any kind, but not adult fictional characters.
- Sexually explicit art of a minor or character portrayed as a minor.
- Sexually explicit art of bodies that are or look prepubescent.
- Violence or hateful drawings against a minor or character portrayed as a minor.
- Art for the express purpose of sexualizing a race, ethnicity, religion, or culture.
- Art that contains slurs.Not even as “a joke”.vii. Adoptables“Adoptables” are character designs that I (The Artist) creates that are purchased by the client. When you purchase an adoptable, you own all rights to the Intellectual Property of the character and the character design. You do not own the artwork I have created, however.Any art I have made of the character, including the original, must be credited properly.You may resell the design but please keep my watermark on any artwork that I have created and credit me where needed.You may make any changes to the design as you see fit.You may trade the character design for art or another character design.You may commission art from other artists using the character design.viii. What The Client Will ReceivePlease note there is no physical product.You will receive:
- Poses, if requested, to choose from for the final piece
- Various work in progress shots such as line art or sketches
